The clock is reaching it’s full circle. It was almost 55years back that we started the social service to mankind in the form of Workers’ College under the guidance of late. Vraj Nandan Kishore in the year 1957. His slogan “I Believe” has brought out a wonderful change in the realms of social service.
A new direction and thrust was given to the public of jamshedpur. The result of this is quite evident in the form the Jamshedpur workers’ College. Presently there are 1000or more student pursuing their education in different stream as the college…
Presently the college team has extended its arms to P.G. level teaching in M.com, M.B.A, M.A in English, Urdu, Geography, Maths, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (IT) in addition to inter and degree level education. Today is the time to retrospect to an analysis of our strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.
This retrospection with help us in redefining us our aims and targets, the flow we are going to follow. The exploration of our strength will help our team to rededicate itself.
Finally “We Serve” with dedication, preparation and team work to achieve excellence in the field of educational service to our students to face the global challenges concerning humanity.

Jamshedpur Workers ‘College has a clear motto: Enter to Learn and Exit to Serve. The college is committed to produce students who can excel themselves in their field of specialization. With the recent thrust on skill development as one of our national programmers’, the college is aiming to create a work force which can avail itself of the various opportunities available in the country and abroad. The College is committed to create a class of intellectually, morally and spiritually sound and committed citizens, who will become a human resource of high caliber, to cater to the needs of the society and the country as a whole. Jamshedpur being in an area with a large tribal population, the college aims to make the students aware of the socio-economic and cultural problems of the local tribal people. The college always has been with the vision of creating an Able and Sensitive New Generation Youth Group.
Our Mission
To inculcate in students the moral values of education India being a multicultural, multi-lingual, and multi- religious, country, the college takes it as a responsibility to infuse a sense of patriotism, tolerance to all religions and culture in our students. To create an environment where students can pursue their studies, interact freely with teachers and fellow-students to enhance their knowledge. To create a teaching - learning environment conducive to the pursuit of higher knowledge, relevant skills and experience. To introduce new innovations in teaching methodology which will suit the Indian cultural nuances to include new developments in education into the curriculum so as to promote.
